01 / THE CHALLENGE
The problem behind the problem.
A government-adjacent organization delivering high-stakes services faced recurring interpersonal conflict, formal complaints, burnout and operational friction. The collection describes three team-building events over 18 months without lasting change.
The intervention focused on the mismatch between organizational demands and human capacity. WorkShip’s LSEP model (Leadership, Safety, Empowerment, Performance) provided a structure for changing that relationship.
02 / THE APPROACH
From diagnosis to daily practice.
- 01
Name the gap
Assess the behavioral climate and identify specific points where workload, authority, communication and capacity collide.
- 02
Work through LSEP
Facilitate live WorkShip sessions around Leadership, Safety, Empowerment and Performance.
- 03
Put agreements into practice
Create a 30-day integration plan with a communication protocol and conflict-resolution framework.
- 04
Measure after the session
Review crisis incidents, trust and operational friction at 30, 60 and 90 days against the initial baseline.
THE TAKEAWAY
A session is only the beginning. The test is whether working agreements change daily behavior and measurable friction.
YOUR TURN / A PRACTICE SCENARIO
What would you do?
Conflict keeps returning after team-building days. Where should the next intervention begin?
An educational scenario developed from the case theme; your selection is not a personality score or a finding about the original engagement.
