Attendance is a start. Understanding is the work.
Live training connects AI awareness to the decisions employees make and gives the organization a completion record it can use.

01 / THE CHALLENGE
The problem behind the problem.
The case-study collection describes agencies trying to organize AI awareness training with limited time, no selected provider and incomplete training records. Watching a video alone did not resolve questions about responsible use or accountability.
The proposed delivery paired a facilitated session with participant questions, applied scenarios, named completion certificates and a documented completion log. This case centers on AI awareness; it does not document a separate quantum-training outcome.
02 / THE APPROACH
From diagnosis to daily practice.
- 01
Facilitate the learning
Deliver a three-hour live session, in person or virtually, with questions and practical scenarios.
- 02
Connect concepts to work
Address AI fundamentals, responsible use, bias, privacy, security and the organization’s policy context.
- 03
Document completion
Issue named certificates and provide the organization with a completion log.
- 04
Leave a usable handoff
Give the training owner records they can reconcile against the participant roster and local requirements.
THE TAKEAWAY
Measure what participants can explain and apply, alongside whether they completed the session.
YOUR TURN / A PRACTICE SCENARIO
What would you do?
Everyone attended AI training. What would give you stronger evidence that the learning transferred?
An educational scenario developed from the case theme; your selection is not a personality score or a finding about the original engagement.
