01 / THE CHALLENGE
The problem behind the problem.
The collection describes three groups with valuable experience that conventional employment support can overlook: military-connected individuals, returning citizens and career switchers. Generic résumé templates often failed to connect their experience to a specific employer’s needs.
The service design paired an individual readiness assessment with tailored application materials, a practical pathway and coached explanations of nontraditional experience. It treats transition as sustained work rather than a single résumé edit.
02 / THE APPROACH
From diagnosis to daily practice.
- 01
Map readiness and barriers
Identify skills, relevant experience, target roles and practical barriers to participation.
- 02
Translate the evidence
Build three role-focused résumé versions using clear language and straightforward formatting.
- 03
Create the pathway
Set a 90-day plan with target employers, application cadence, networking and weekly milestones.
- 04
Practice the conversation
Align LinkedIn presentation and conduct at least two practice interviews that connect past work to future contribution.
THE TAKEAWAY
Translate experience into evidence an employer can recognize, then support the person through the next steps.
